Competitive price

Overall we have had a good experience. The quoting process was fast and returned a competitive price. The actual installation was great and I would call out Lance and Tracey for the quality of the work they did but also how they worked with us as the customer. The opportunity for improvement is the bit in between. No one ever proactively called us to keep us informed of a start date meaning we had to call as earlier dates promised slipped. On more than half those occasions when we did call either no one could help us at the time an/or we were promised a call back. Not once did we receive the call back without us having to initiate contact again.
