Disappointed with the initial finishing of the base and with the fact that a significant amount of dirt came in from the neighbours side and mixed with our driveway pebbles – a major time-consuming job for me to rectify. John was responsive re the fixing of the bottom of the fence and it now looks good. The boys were great: very professional and solved problems with next door neighbours pipes obstructing post positioning. Really happy with both paling fence and picket fence, especially the extra effort put into building a new front gate so it would work aesthetically with the rest of the picket fence. We went with the galvanised post option which for the small amount extra means that we can replace our fence rails & palings in years to come without the extra cost of posts & installation. Lance & his Family did a great job & we thank them for leaving our place neat & tidy at the end of the job.

The only detractor for us came on the day of demolition when we found that we had not been quoted for the two back fence panels which were discussed during the quotation process ($585 extra). Additionally, the demolition of a small side fence (also discussed during the quote process) was not included in the scope of work, however, Lance agreed to demolish & remove at no cost to us.
