Very happy with the quotation and installation

Very happy with the quotation and installation, both Earl and Gary were lovely, had good communication and did a great job. My only negative feedback was that once the materials were delivered I had no communication as to when the job was to start. After 2.5 weeks on my nature strip, I had to contact twice before the job was reallocated to another builder. Once Gary was allocated he phoned immediately and did the job the next week so was very happy with that.

The Fence looks so much better than the previous one, that was poorly out together. The team that turned up were friendly, but a bit messy. They knew what to do and had some excellent suggestions to what was quoted. This made a huge difference having the fence stepped.

The assessor Earl was quick and efficient. Gary was very good. He did a great job on the fence repair. The whole team were friendly and professional. Even while covid19 is on it seems it is hard to get tradesmen out to see you. Thank you amazing fencing for ensuring that it was a prompt turn around for my broken fence. With a small child with autism and 2 small dogs it is so good now to not have to worry about them escaping the yard. Thanks Andrew from the office for making us a high priority.

Team installed the fence very efficiently. However, some material was missing. Fence turned out way too high and we’ll need to invest more to cut it down. Some advice from a salesperson would have saved us time and money.

Extremely efficient

After a few teething problems in confirming the installation date. Our fence was demolished and a new fence erected in a day and a half. The crew was extremely efficient and produced was appears to be a good quality job. Both my neighbour and I are very happy with the finished product.

Solved problems with next door neighbours

The boys were great: very professional and solved problems with next door neighbours pipes obstructing post positioning. Really happy with both paling fence and picket fence, especially the extra effort put into building a new front gate so it would work aesthetically with the rest of the picket fence. All the neighbours have commented on how lovely the new fence looks.

We are very happy with our Amazing Fencing fence. We received a competitive quote & definitely ended up with a quality fence which has lifted the look & value of our home. We went with the galvanised post option which for the small amount extra means that we can replace our fence rails & palings in years to come without the extra cost of posts & installation. Lance & his Family did a great job & we thank them for leaving our place neat & tidy at the end of the job.

The only detractor for us came on the day of demolition when we found that we had not been quoted for the two back fence panels which were discussed during the quotation process ($585 extra). Additionally, the demolition of a small side fence (also discussed during the quote process) was not included in the scope of work, however, Lance agreed to demolish & remove at no cost to us.
